I would like to thank Phillip Tomasso for offering an ARC of this book for an honest review.
First off, this book was amazing, from page one I could not put it down. I found that the writing was descriptive enough that I had no problems visualizing each scene. This book follows a teenage girl who one day wakes up in the hospital after a night at the fair with a mangled neck. She soon finds out that she is a vampire. The main character was really smart and easily likable, I have no problem connecting with her and I can't wait to hear more of her adventures.
I haven't read anything else by this author, although he does have other books that are about, I believe zombies. This book was written along with his son. The writing was beautiful, descriptive, and moved along at a fast paced. I can't wait to get my hands on the next on in this series and also looking forward to picking up other books by this author. This book is an amazing start to what is going to be an amazing series.
5 out of 5 stars!!
I sadly couldn't find anything about the author, but you can check out his other books, or his sons other books (same name) on good reads!!
